The Pool build process generally takes 10 to 14 weeks and consists of a few basic steps.
PLANNING
Typical duration: 2-3 weeks, job size and plan dependent
Choosing the right pool builder is a decision you’ll have to live with for the life of your pool; before choosing any pool builder, do your homework.
DEMOLITION & EXCAVATION
Typical duration: 2-7 days, job size and plan dependent
Yard Removal, Cement Removal, Landcape Removal, Fence Removal.
The BuilD
Typical duration: 5-6 weeks
Sub Plumbing, Steel, Electrical, and Gas stubs. Masonry Installation.
FLATWORK (Decking)
Back Filling, Grading, Deck Forming, Base Rock and Steel Layout.
POOL/SPA INTERIOR SURFACING
Interior Surface Selection, Hacienda Pools rep can provide samples, or show actual pool projects.
WATER FILL
Fill time varies by pool size but generally takes between 24 and 48 hours, non-stop filling until water meets the center of the tile line.
