The Build Process

Once permits are in place, our team manages demolition and excavation with precision to protect your property and set a clean, stable foundation for your new pool.

Structural Build
Our structural build phase brings your pool’s framework to life with expert sub plumbing, steel reinforcement, electrical work, gas stubs, and precise masonry installation—creating a solid, long-lasting shell ready for finishing details.

Decking/Landscaping
With the pool shell complete, we backfill and grade the surrounding area, then form the deck, install base rock, and lay out the steel. This stage shapes your outdoor living space and prepares it for beautiful, durable hardscaping.

Interior Surfacing
Your pool comes to life with a hand-applied interior finish chosen for both beauty and durability so the water color and texture look exactly as you envisioned.

Fill/Balance
We carefully fill your pool and balance the water chemistry so it’s safe, comfortable, and crystal clear from day one. This step ensures your equipment runs smoothly and your new pool is ready for everyday enjoyment.
